Innofix validation prototype

Turn completed site work into a defensible payment claim.

BuildDue explores one construction workflow: preserving the evidence, quantities and notices needed to prepare a complete claim pack.

The workflow

From scattered records to claim readiness.

  1. 01Capture site evidence while the work is current
  2. 02Link instructions, notices and variations
  3. 03Track measured, agreed and disputed quantities
  4. 04Assemble an evidence-backed payment-claim pack

Founding pilot

Validate it on one real subcontract.

The proposed 60-day validation pilot covers one subcontract, up to two claim cycles, guided configuration and a reusable claim-pack workflow. Scope and suitability are confirmed before any commitment.

Is the evidence-to-claim workflow worth investigating?

Select only statements that genuinely occur. Nothing is submitted or retained by Innofix.

Plain boundaries

Questions before a pilot.

Is BuildDue production software?

No. It is a validation prototype. A production system will be scoped only after paid pilots prove a repeatable need.

Does it replace accounting or project-management software?

No. The first test is limited to evidence, notices, measurements and claim-pack readiness around existing systems.

Does Innofix decide whether a claim is valid?

No. Contract interpretation, valuation, certification and legal advice remain with the contractor and appointed professionals.

What data is needed for the first conversation?

None of your client or project records. We begin with a verbal walkthrough and use fictional or sanitised examples until written safeguards are agreed.
